I think you know you are working with a good service provider when you find yourself sending emails that begin, “Thank you, thank you, thank you,” and, “Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant.” I have sent many such emails to Cohen Gum.
Cohen came to the rescue when I was struggling to develop a web design concept that would build upon my existing artwork and bridge the gap between “earthy” and “contemporary”. His design was like nothing I would ever have dreamed up by myself, it took a few seconds to register, and then it made itself right at home.
I was nervous allowing a designer to actually work on the web building elements because I find that many of them don’t balance their aesthetic bent with the business-based realities of usability and sound SEO architecture. But Cohen does. He applied the rigorous disciplines needed, that lift a site from being simply pretty/cool/flashy into one that is also robust, usable and visible!
And one more thing. Cohen just saved me from stationery disaster. He caught changes made by the printer after we had signed off on artwork but before the printing presses rolled.
